Very engaging and super understanding. Did not bombard with questions and got straight to the point. Very understanding of my needs and wants. Very excited to hear back from them and discuss future opportunities.
The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Mason Industries (Hauppauge, NY) in June 2019
Interview
Unusual but fairly laid back. Just listened to two higher up engineers explain the role, salary ect. I dont think they typically ask technical questions. Pretty good place to work if you are fresh out of college and intend on getting your PE license.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Mason Industries (Hauppauge, NY) in June 2019
Interview
The interview consisted of the two leading men in the company talking a majority of the time. They continued to attempt to sell me on the company rather than learning about me. They then went on to explain and justify the almost disrespectful salary they offer to entry level candidates. I was completely turned off by the position, and not only that, they never even called me back to tell me they offered the position to another candidate. If you are looking to make more than 37k I would recommend not wasting your time on the interview.
