Average and long process- too many questions about certifications, not enough transparency about the role and work life balance. Also not enough information given on upward mobility. Case study to test knowledge
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mason Investments (Reston, VA) in July 2015
Interview
The interview was panel style. I was then asked to complete a personality test. A background check was conducted. The interview was fairly quick and direct. The interview process was pretty easy and relaxed. Was immediately made comfortable.
Overall the interview experience was one of the best I've encountered. Questions were pointed, not difficult. It was clear to me that the company takes the time to recruit and hire people who best fit their company culture. They are extremely client focused, but also employee (and family) oriented.
