They focused primarily on Competency based questions. Didn’t ask get to know you questions. Seems like they had a goal or requirement to interview a candidate for 45-60 mins. I noticed this because the questions kept coming until we met the mark. I was interviewed by two employees that were not part of HR. I was told there’s 3 steps to the process. Second step was going to be an assignment and then third would be an interview with hiring manager.
