I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital in Apr 2017
Interview
The process started by me applying online and receiving an email about a week and a half later to set up an interview. The first interview was a phone call and it asked basic questions about how I deal with criticism, my past experience etc. After the phone call, I got scheduled for a video interview which ask more job-related questions instead of general questions. I soon made it to the third round which was also a video call with two people on the other end instead of just one.
