I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital in Nov 2021
Interview
Different teams have different interview protocols. The similar parts go as the following:
- they introduce themselves and their team's projects
- they ask you to introduce yourself
- they dive into the questions for the interviewee (questions can be simulated/abstract what ifs or experience-based)
- they then give you the time to ask them questions about the company, the job, mentorship.
