I first had a quick phone call. Shortly after I had an interview in -person interview with department head and VP. I was then given a tour of the school and was offered job that day.

Extensive and long but transparent and direct. Very delightful staff and asked good questions and explained the process well. They were also very honest and helpful in explaining the duties and responsibilities of the job.
