Interview process were very straight forward and people are friendly. I did a total of 5 rounds of interviews, 4 telephonic and screen share and 2 in-person panel rounds. Interview questions were on algorithms, string manipulation programming and problem solving. It is a very relaxed and easy going environment. The interviewers listened and questioned about career objectives to see if the position will be a good fit. Company went thru strict back ground check.
