Apply online within 14 days of job posting, phone screen, then in person interview which consists of a panel of Area Director, Unit Supervisors, and often one general VRC. They focus heavily on providing examples from cases, behavioral interviewing, and knowledge of agency policies and procedures.

I met the criteria to be selected for an interview. The interview process was taken place on a videophone similar to Skype. There were a few panelists asking the numbered list of interview questions. I answered to the best of my ability.
