The interview process is pretty simple. You submit your resume on the website or Indeed. Once you go in for your interview you fill out an application. The manager will ask a few questions about your work ethic and about your personality. When I interviewed with them I was hired on the spot, but they typical ask for a second interview.

Short casual interview, had a phone screen first and then went in and was asked basic questions about previous front desk experience in wellness environments the rest just talking about the job itself

Tell me about previous customer service experience
Asking questions about experience and what I would do in different situations. It was chill and comfortable we just went to the office and I got hired the same day.

Mostly general situational questions, not what I was use to. Personally it felt like they want you to beg to work there. This was for the Kapolei location. I can’t speak for all locations just this one.
