I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (New York, NY) in Aug 2015
Interview
The only downside was the manager that was supposed to interview me was almost an hour late. The man scheduled a half an hour behind me was also there. Manager was very nice and connected well with me. Asked a lot of questions about my personal life. Initially I had received a phone call the day after applying asking why I felt I was a fit for the job, if I wanted to be part time or full time, and what my availability was like. I was asked to come in three days later for an interview. She asked me questions about my resume and had me sell her a membership. I did not have to memorize a script, but I did have to think on my feet. Make sure you get to know the "customer" when selling it to her. Find out their needs. That's what they look for. Make it personal. Hired on the spot. No interview after that. Good luck!

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Kennesaw, GA) in July 2022
Interview
It was a phone screening and one in person interview. The staff was up front, courteous of my time, and personable. Management asked fairly basic questions about my experiences and how I might handle a conflict. Pay was less than I was hoping without clearly communication on how their commission structure and bonuses would work for part time.
