Interview
Recruiter contacted me and I submitted my resume along with a 2-3 page questionnaire, detailing my experience in specific areas tied to the job description. Had a phone interview with the hiring manager about 2 weeks later. Got a call back and had to conduct 2-3 personality tests and then an onsite interview about a month later. ~5 hours, pretty standard questions.
Then the trouble began. Was told they would make a decision in 2 weeks. Then they needed 2 more weeks, then 3 more weeks, etc. Been over 3 months since my interview and never received official rejection. The HR department seemed nice, but the engineering management team didn't stick to their own deadlines and couldn't make up their mind. They never reached out to gather more information or responded to any of my offers of references. This was a complete waste of 2 days of my time. Very concerning to me that for a director level job they broke their own deadlines multiple times.
In my opinion they acted very unprofessionally by not responding to me with a firm rejection after an onsite interview. Candidate beware!

Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen by the recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager, on site interview and follow up on site interview. Everyone was extremely engaged and prepared. I received very timely follow up
