An appointment is made through the phone and then on-site interview on the first round. Several interviews with HR, managers, and owners. All of them look nice and are willing to answer any questions to them. The entire process took about an hour and a half. The office is in a nice neighborhood.

I got phone call for appointment the next day after I applied online. Then I had an onsite interview in their Arcadia office with VP, and then owner, manager and boss lady. They introduced the job detail and asked me some questions about my education and work experience. Pretty generic questions, nothing too hard or confusing.
