Masterchefs Hospitality interview questions

This review deserves to be public. After applying for a role, I received a call from the Employer. The first few questions were related to my ethnicity. He went on saying I am not Irish. Which I am not, but how is this question even asked? How are my skills and experiences judged on my country of birth? I feel this is immensely wrong and injustice to the candidate being disqualified or to be edged out in comparison to other candidates who belong to similar race as the interviewer. I would never recommend anyone working for this disgraceful company.
