I had a teacher interview at mastery in the past. I had a great experience. The staff was super nice and I felt very welcome. The interview was quick and easy questions to answer.

Interview
The first step was a phone interview with a recruiter. Following the phone interview, I was scheduled for a sample lesson and a debrief with a school leader. That was all that I was asked for.

So far I have had a really good interview process. Throughout the process they have been extreamly transparent with next steps and what I should expect. I have also gained a lot of information about the school and teachers experiance.
