My first interaction in the company was with the HR manager. He asked me to introduce myself so i briefed him about my qualifications then we had a little conversation about my family. He asked me how i came to know about the company after that he referred my application to the quality head of the company. i again introduced myself to the Quality head and then he started questioning. The questions he asked me were: What is Quality and how would you decide that a product is of good quality or of a bad quality?
