Overall i have a pleasant experience interview with matchub. The recruiter was friendly, helpfull and clearly explained the interview process . The interviewers also very kind, humble and not intimidating. The interview process consist 5 phases: 1. Phone call interview 2. Technical interview with current SE lead 3. Technical interview with Data lead 4. Mini project assignment 5. Job offering

Phone interview was casual; the interviewer was friendly and genuinely interested in knowing me as a person. Got a very clear idea of the job through the online interview. There were many opportunities for me to ask questions and learn about the work culture too.
