Initial interview was over the phone. 2nd round was in person. Advice to candidates: prepare for the interview well and be ready to talk about solid experience with each of the components of the job you're interviewing for. The people who interviewed me were well-organized, had an interviewing plan, asked good, challenging questions.

I applied online thru a referral. I was contacted by the recruiter to set up a phone screen. Round 1: interview with recruiter. He went over my background and explained the role in detail. Round 2: interview with hiring manager. This consisted of job fit, behavioral and logical cases ( mostly related to the challenges that the Match group is facing and how to resolve it). I felt I did not do well in this round. The recruiter came back immediately the next day to let me know that I didn’t make it.
