MatchMovePay Software Development Engineer In Test SDET interview questions

I applied to matchmove pay through a job portal they counducted 4 rounds for me. 1. Tech: cleared 2.Tech: cleared 3. Tech: cleared 4. Hiring Manager: Position went on hold After clearing 3 technical rounds ,one hiring manager round happened , I chased recruiter for 10 days for the feedback and finally most awaited thing came , the feedback of HM round and it was "DUE TO SOME ORG LEVEL CHANGES THIS POSITION IS ON HOLD " now they are hiring Manual QA. I seriously don't understand that how their requirement changed just in 10 days. And my efforts time got wasted .
