I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mate Precision Technologies (Anoka, MN) in Feb 2024
Interview
Excessive interviews. In total there was 7 interviews and was flown out to Minnesota. Overall 2 month process. Verbally stated they wanted to move forward and then next day said keeping search open. Strange and exhausting process. Speaks to the management and better off not working for them.

Interview
1st round: Interview with three people - an HR representative, Manufacturing Manager, and VP.
2nd round: If invited, would be with two other executives.
The interview process itself went well and I was verbally told they felt I would be a good fit and that they'd like to bring me back in for the 2nd round. Then, I never heard any follow-up and a month later, I saw on LinkedIn that they hired someone for the position. I just wish they would have sent a rejection email.

Interview
I was one of the final candidates for the sales job for the New England area. They interviewed me and gave me an impressive tour of their facility.Being in the precision sheet metal field for over 25 years it was a treat for me to see their processes and world class operations. Unfortunately I was not picked for the position but I gratefully appreciated the experience.
