After a phone screen and an interview of 1 hour, they never got back to me, even not after following up with them. I have never experienced being ghosted after passing the initial interview stages, and to me this shows a huge lack of respect. I can only be happy I didn't end up working there. The salary range they suggested was not very competitive either.
