Matern Law Group interview questions

I got an e-mail and a call to set up an interview practically a day after sending my materials. Julia was initially really responsive. I thought the interview with Matt and Julia went well. However, I never heard from them anymore. No calls, no reply e-mails, nothing. I was not expecting to get hired but a simple professionalism would have been nice to tell your prospective employees that they are hired/not hired. Common decency. The overall experience was horrible.
