First they have you take a math assessment, which goes up to about Algebra 1 or 2. Then, they do a standard interview - e.g. what is your previous experience, why do you want to work here, etc. Then, they ask you to demonstrate your teaching skills (e.g. pretend the interviewer is a student, and explain a math problem to them).
Easy middle school to high school level math questions. Gave you an hour for questions that took less than 30 minutes in total. Graded lightly as well so very hard to do bad on.

Also need to take an employment test that has questions from elementary to beginning of high school. Need to pass this test in order to be employed.
