Matrix Concepts Group interview questions

I applied for the Assistant Manager (Application System Management) position and drove from Kajang to Seremban for an in-person interview. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite the role being technical, the interviewers struggled to grasp fundamental technical concepts related to the job scope. Furthermore, the interviewers spent a significant amount of time disparaging their current staff’s intelligence and mocking my professional experience. It is a major red flag when management openly speaks poorly of their team to a candidate. If you value a professional and technically competent environment, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
