Matrix Human Services interview questions

the interview was very professional, and the questions was very detailed around what was expected and my qualifications. The interview consisted of two Indvidual's. Good Interview, Then, I received a letter stating that I was accepted the position.

it seems they interview you and just throw you in the classroom with no training on their program. Very hard for them to calll you back. you can send e-mails and they will never e-mail you back. The director did not even say hello as I acknowleged her. very rude.
