Matrix interview questions

The interview process begins with an introductory call from the talent team to discuss your background and motivations. This is followed by a panel interview with experienced Senior Customer Success Managers, who explore your skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organisation.

There was initially a typing, summary and excel assessment to complete before moving on to the next step which was an interview with the team manager. All was well explained and I was made to feel comfortable and felt at ease.
