Matrix Logistics Services interview questions

Long wait.Ended up getting interviewed much later than planned. Interviewer didn't seem to care very much on top of being late to the interview. Did not hear from them for 2 months after being told I would be contacted the next day for next steps in the process.

Not a professional environment. Department is overworked and has a lot of internal politics. The head of HR is not really educated in the area of Human Resources but holds a lot of clout with management. I saw decisions that were made totally on a inter political basis and considered them unfair.
