Matrix Pointe Software Software Engineer interview questions

Just had a few phone calls, but more than a few times i was called for another interview only to be told that the job wasn't for me. I appreciate trying to get more people into your company, but if you tell someone they cant work for you, i wouldn't keep calling them.
