The interview process was fairly casual and conversational. I had previously met the interviewer and they were already familiar with my background and industry experience. The discussion focused more on my past experience, skills, and fit for the role rather than a formal interview structure

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Matrix Video Communications in Sept 2025
Interview
I only had one formal interview, and that was directly with the COO of Matrix, as I'd already had a few preliminary 'soft' interviews with other staff. My conversation with the COO mainly focused on how I would define success in that role for the branch I was interested in, as well as getting a better understanding of the current landscape and responsibilities.

Interview
Very pleasant, I felt vey comfortable speaking with Mr. Cheng. He described clearly the expectations of the position and was interested in my background. We parted with casual conversation leaving a welcoming feeling.
