Interview
Jennifer reached out for a 45 minute phone screen, which ended up being 55 minutes. At the end of the call, she tells me that she will be interviewing other candidates and get back to me by next week, well then it's mid next week and no response so I follow up. She says she will be reaching out by end of day Friday to schedule 2nd rounds with candidates. Okay, well end of day Friday I hear nothing. Now it's been almost 2 weeks since my interview, and I didn't even get a rejection email! Just completely ghosted. Wasted my time and I do not recommend this company, they clearly need better talent acquisition protocol.

Interview
It was a quick interview, around 30 minutes using Zoom meeting with questions about your estimating process. Little questions about past experience. Salary was not discussed neither location. They explained more about their work rather than asking about yours. It is nice people though.
Sit down with what appeared to be the team lead. He asked me questions about my self, my background and why I wanted the job, His hospitality and demeanor was quite nice but never wanted to give more or add to any conversation,
