Pretty straightforward. Applied online and heard back really quickly. Set up initial phone screen. Basic behavioral stuff. Was told I'd hear back at the end of the week. I did. People seemed very nice. Genuinely seemed interested in my background. In the end, there was lack of a fit. Definitely a good opportunity
