Interview
Very easy, answered questions about myself and why I applied to matthews. Interviewer was down to earth and easy to talk to. I met him at a college career fair. Immediately set up a second interview.

The interview process included three interviews. The first 2 were mainly behavioral and information. These included questions such as: why are you interested in CRE investment sales? What interests you about Matthew's? Final interview was in person and tested your commitment to the role. One question was: "describe a moment where you showed your competitive attributes.
