Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling interview questions

It is quite through. There are three interviews applicants must get through. The first one is just a phone call with the recruiter. He’s very nice, the second one is either with the plumbing managers or the HVAC managers and then the third one is with the manager of the apprenticeship program either in plumbing or HVAC. They are really making sure that they have the right guys with them. I think they’re pretty picky, which is fine as you should be. If you do what you’re told and study the video that is given to you and are able to make good conversation and present yourself well, I think you will do fine.
