I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maurices (Columbia, MO) in Mar 2016
Interview
Laid back, super casual. I was actually recruited during a shopping trip and applied a week later. A week after I applied I interviewed and was offered the position immediately after my interview. Very easy questions and it was more like a conversation. The store manager mostly asked about my background in retail and my personal style. The store manager and I chatted on a bench out in the mall just outside the store. After we talked for half an hour or so she asked me if I had any questions. I asked her when I could expect to hear back and she offered me the position right then.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Maurices (Roseburg, OR) in June 2024
Interview
Very thorough, some questions seemed irrelevant to the job itself but other the interviewer was very kind. Only took about twenty minutes but there were many questions. Did not get hired on.
