I was contacted the day after I applied online and I was asked to give a few time slots for a 30 minute phone interview. The interviewer booked the time the next morning, called me half an hour late and was unprofessional and unprepared. The interview lasted 8 minutes and this is while she was talking to another colleague without putting me on hold. She did not ask any questions about my experience or my education and upon hearing my accent, immidiately asked "this position involves making a lot of phone calls, are you comfortable doing that?" And then jumped to "do you have any questions for me?"

I applied on line and was contacted for a phone interview the next day. The interviewer was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall good experience.
