Mavenir Project Manager interview questions

Even the manager in the local office was a very nice and professional person it was my worst interview experience in my career. I wont't go into the details but they are (HR, Management HQ, Headhunter) so unaware of standards in the local market and there are so many misunderstandings due to the recruiter/headhunter inbetween. HR in EU does not search or know anything about other EU countries and try to hire with unrealistic requirements. It was for me very exhausting and it took 4 weeks to negotiate with them. Even though I said no immediately after their first offer due to the salary, they made again a very weird offer and on top they are not willing to compensate anything such as relocation etc with the reason that they are not aware of it... How about googleing it or working with a local agency who knows the local standards and giving a more professional touch on a hiring process...
