If I remember correctly, there were some online videos and some tests I had to take. After completing those I was contacted by one of their recruiters. We talked over the phone for a week or two and they gave me full access to the website to check everything out and join any of the online trading meetings during the week

Casual for the most part. Smart and to the point interviewer. Overall, it was a good experience. They let me know the risk; I already knew it. I'm willing to spend some money to get my shot.
