Max Planck Florida Institute interview questions

The process consisted of an interview with the research leader and the HR person. Both asked similar questions about personal experience that was mentioned in the resume, as well as about plans for future. I was shown around the whole building including the labs. The people are very friendly and the interviews went very smoothly,

it was an simple and straight forward interview process. you apply through the online system first. and the HR will forward you the application to the specific labs. and you will meet with the PI and lab members. give presentation, talk with people in the institute and wait for their decision.
