The store Manager i interviewed with was extremely personable and seemingly great at her job. She asked me questions not just about my experience, but also me as a person. I, being a former store manager myself, look for this in a company that i chose to want to work for because she wants to make sure that you can not only do the job, but also that you will blend in well with the environment of the store and team.

First interviews done over Skype, took about 2 hours, then in person direct superior, which lasted less than an hour. When hired, sent to train at nearest location which can be in another state for 5 days.
