Interview
I got a call from Maxval IP services HR and interview was scheduled for the QA manager role.
First round was technical round, where basically questions were asked on testing process, test management stuffs, leadership activities, scenario based questions on conflict management, escalation management, Gen AI strategy and implementation in testing.
