Met with both partners and the head of people - I knew one of the partners previously who was keen to hire me and had to meet his partner and head of people thereafter. I was in a role at the time and had some personal issues during the process which made it lengthier, but Maxfield were very accommodating and closed the deal when I was ready to do so
