One of the interviewers arrived late and was incredibly passive aggressive throughout. When asking the simple and basic question of "what does a typical day in this position look like," he refused to answer the question, saying that if I moved on to the next round I would learn then. For a company that values respect and integrity, this was disheartening and discouraging.
I applied online. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare
Interview
Both screening and 1st round went super - yet I did not appreciate the surprise panel interview and being told to show up early (30min), only to still wait another 15 mins. 3 rounds for an entry TRAINEE position is shocking.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare (Emeryville, CA) in July 2023
Interview
I had 2 phone calls and then 2 in person interviews with Maxim. Interview questions were easy, they acted super interested but made me wait a whole week for a final answer. Received a short rejection email that didn't even give me feedback or thank me for my time. According to someone who works there they bring a lot of people to the final round
