First was a phone interview. The recruiter on the phone was very friendly and told me everything what I was expected to do if I got the job. The second was a 1:1 interview with an accounts manager. I was expecting a thoroughly easy interview but when I got there, the interview was a breeze. The accounts manager didn't ask any general interview questions. Only asked me questions of my previous work experience. The interview last 15-20 minutes and asked me to call him. I called him and he decided to give the position to a different candidate who had more qualifications. Overall, the interview is really easy and basically chooses people who have prior work experience that fits their needs.
