applied on Indeed.com I came into the office very small office setting no receptionist to greet you the office manager sits with the recruiters, payroll specialist, and HR coordinator. The Director of Nursing was very nice but was terminated a few months later, the staff started leaving or ended up getting terminated as well.

Phone screening and in person interview with Human Resource. They asked specific questions about my work experience skills and knowledge of the how I responded to their respective questions. I give them examples of experience and how I reacted to the customer concern.

Interview
It was a phone interview with a Recruitment Services Representative who had found my resume online. They were looking for someone to complete an assignment at United Healthgroup that another employee had to leave early. They needed someone who could commit to an 8 week assignment and could be dependable, able to multi-task and be of help to the sales staff during the rest of open enrollment. We spoke on two other occasions before I was asked to do an in-person interview on site with United Healthgroup

They asked about my office and clerical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. They also asked about my dependability to complete the assignment.

I am in Ohio they are in PA. Did 2 phone interviews. Then went into an office here for finger printing and paperwork. It was for a temp assignment for Anthem INC.It took a long time to get all paper work back.
The interview questions were very generic.
Just asked questions about health care background and working on Excel.
