It was a pretty easy interview process, we just went over my previous experience working with children and asked why I would be a good fit for the position, three words that define me, and if I had any experience working with children who do not know how to express their emotions

Fairly easy. Asked about experience overall. They just want to know how you've handled difficult situations, but they will hire just about anyone. If you share the most difficult encounter you're in.
