I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maximus (Boise, ID) in July 2013
Interview
The hiring and interview process was haphazard at best. I know of many situations where individuals with much more qualified credentials were looked over while those lacking experience were hired on the spot.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were fairly basic. The most difficult question was the question of expected salary because the interviewer seemed to have no grasp of industry standard.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Maximus
Interview
Interview with recruiter via phone,, lasted approximately 20 minutes, standard questions like experience in field, background check, work from home requirements, scheduled shift, training, compensation. Description of position, and tasks to be completed
Applied online and interviewed virtually with 3 managers. Company also hires from job placement agencies. Questions were straightforward and interview was pleasant. No trick questions. Because role was auxiliary, they advised that must be available as/when needed.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Maximus (Harrisburg, PA) in July 2016
Interview
Misleading, Was told things that did not happen. Was told I would be training for a supervisors position and when I was offered the job and went to training, I found out that they were putting me in CAE role, sitting in a cubicle answering phones all day.
