I got a Phone assessment of my job background, a phone interview, an online assessment, a typewriting report assessment face-to-face interview and training under your assigned mentor for 6 months and then independently work on your own

The first interview was with one manager, very conversational. The second interview was on site with another manager and the vice president. Many different academic backgrounds apply for this position.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Maximus (Singapore) in Jan 2021
Interview
2 rounds of virtual (zoom) interview. Thanks to a kind external recruiter sharing with me how incompetent this company is. Apparently, I was informed that I got judged by “emotion baggage” after sharing what they asked. Kind of insulting to assume and conclude such outcome after 1.5 hours of video-calling, but this is the quality of their services. So good luck to those who engaged with them.
