I had a recruiter call where the recruiter did not know most of the answers to the very general questions I was asking about the role and the team. I made it to a panel interview where the call did not start on time because the recruiter needed to be present for the video call to start. Overall, the interview process was not pleasant because of the recruiter, but I would have followed up with thank you emails and the due diligence had I still been interested at that point.
