Question 1
Are you familiar with learning management systems? And, which ones are you most comfortable with?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Maximus (Meridian, ID) in June 2013
Interview
Very quick and simple, phone review followed by scheduled presentation. Did a behavioral interview after presentation. Heard about a week later that I got the job. Process lasted roughly 2 weeks from initial phone interview to hire.

Question 1
Had to do a mock presentation where the interviewer acted like a student.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Maximus (Boise, ID)
Interview
I was called a couple of times for prescreening and then I was invited to a face-to-face interview at the local job center. I was sent a PPT where I had to teach a 10 minute lesson. It was actually a lot of fun and the interview itself was very laid-back. A few weeks later, they extended the job offer, which I happily accepted.
