there were 6 of us being interviewed at the same time, in the same room. going round robin, hearing what every other person had to answer. it was a horrible way to interview. it puts a lot of distance between the interviewer and the interviewees. It may save time for management, but it puts the interviewer in an awkward spot. answering in front of 5 other people, not trying to listen to their answer, then trying to do better than their answer.. it's just not a good environment
BUT I will rate this very easy because they end up hiring every person anyway, literally, on my project everyone was hired. it was a temp-perm job so there really was no risk. so the whole interview is a joke.
