Maxxon interview questions

The interview process started off well, with good communication and an expedited timeline due to another offer. After progressing through interviews with six stakeholders, I reached the final step. At this point, my references had been contacted with positive feedback. However, the final interview, scheduled for 9 AM, was suddenly canceled at 8:45 AM without any explanation. I waited for about an hour with no communication and decided to reach out to my contact, who seemed confused and uninformed. After about 90 minutes, I received a callback with a vague explanation that they had decided to look for someone with less experience, but provided no further details. This left me puzzled, especially after six interviews and positive references, only to be rejected at the last minute. I invested significant time preparing for these interviews, and being rejected just 15 minutes before the final meeting felt unprofessional. To make matters worse, they ignored all subsequent emails and LinkedIn messages. Given the lack of professionalism throughout this process, I cannot recommend this company.
